BU folgt

Diogo da Cruz is a visual artist who lives and works between Berlin and Lisbon. His practice encompasses the creation of objects, installations and videos that explore partially fictional scenarios rooted in socio-political concerns, whether past, present or future. Drawing on scientific references, historical documents and specific geographical experiences, his work aims to stimulate critical reflection on the systems of knowledge that have exploited and colonised so-called ‘nature’.
He has exhibited widely across Europe and Latin America, including exhibitions at Serralves Museum (Porto), Walk&Talk Azores, S1 Artspace (Sheffield), and Pivô (São Paulo).
Diogo holds a Diploma in Sculpture from the AdBK Munich and a BA from the University of Lisbon. He has participated in critical study programs including the Institute for Postnatural Studies (Madrid) and Maumaus ISP (Lisbon), and has held a teaching position at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich between 2018 and 2024.

Fallon Mayanja is a Paris-based sound artist, performer, and composer whose work explores listening as a tool for transformation, collective memory, and embodied knowledge. Through immersive sonic environments, they engage with political, spiritual, and diasporic narratives—often in dialogue with other disciplines and communities. Their current work focuses on sound as a space for healing, resistance, and cross-cultural transmission. Their practice spans performance, sound composition, and pedagogical experiments, with presentations across Europe including deSingel (Antwerp), Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles (Paris), and Kampnagel (Hamburg). They have participated in international research groups such as the Sensing Salon (Lisbon) and the Erasmus+ Teaching to Transgress Toolbox, and are a core member of the collective Black(s) to the Future.
Fallon holds a Master’s in Musical Creation and Sound Arts (Université Paris-Est & Ina/GRM) and a postgraduate diploma in Sound Art (Fine Arts Lisbon).
